MAP OF THE JOURNEY
on AnnaMickus's travel map.
We had about 7 hours to kill before our bus for Foz do Iguacu left, so we decided to use it for exploring São Paulo a bit. As we didn't have more time than that it's hard to give any decent evaluation of the town. The expression we got, however, was that it was rougher and more dirty than Rio de Janeiro. It felt a bit intimidating, too.
They seemed to have a lot of gold vendors. A lot of guys stood holding big yellow signs that said they were selling gold. At least that's how we understood it.
We did, however, have one of our best açaí with banana and honey, which has become our favorite breakfast (or lunch) during the last few weeks.
